Ingredients
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 scoop Boomers WPI protein powder (unflavoured)
- 1 small frozen banana
- 10 pecans
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- water
Instructions
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender, fill with water until just covered, and blend until smooth. You can add more or less water depending on what consistency you’re after.
