Blueberry Smoothie

Makes 4 Cups
Blueberry Smoothie


  • 2 cups of chilled fresh or frozen blueberries, slightly thawed
  • 1 ¼ cups of apple juice, chilled
  • 1 cup low fat lemon or vanilla yoghurt
  • ¼ cup protein powder eg. Beneprotein® or Protifar®


Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until thin enough to drink through a thick straw.

This recipe is best to drink soon after preparation, as it may separate if left to stand. If separation occurs and you wish to reuse later, puree again to serve.
