- Fresh cream

- Melted chocolate
Slice of the top of the strawberry (where the leaves are) so that it has a flat surface to sit on. Then cut of the tip of the strawberry and set aside. Using freshly made cream or piping cream, squirt a dollop on to the top of your strawberry with a little bit extra on the side to form the ‘beard’.
Place the strawberry tip back on top as the ‘hat’ and squirt a small dollop of cream on top of the hat. Use chocolate freckles for Santa’s eyes and two small squirts of cream for jacket buttons.
Keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve them.
Use a skewer and thread on 3 white march mellows.
Then using some melted chocolate, draw on the snowman’s eyes, mouth and arms.
Use white chocolate with orange food colouring to create the carrot nose.
Kiwifruit Christmas tree
Simply peel and slice 6-8 kiwi fruit (or more if you want a bigger tree) and place in the shape of a tree on a long rectangle plate or chopping board.
Decorate with either strawberry tips or raspberries and use some skin of a kiwi to make up the trunk.
