- ¾ cup sultanas
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 ½ cups almond meal
- 2 tbsps. cacao powder
- ¼ cup natural peanut butter
- 3 tbsps. rice malt syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 serves protein powder (Boomers un-flavoured works well)
- Rum essence (enough to soak the sultanas in)
Place the sultanas in a small bowl and cover with rum essence and soak for at least 1hr or allow to soak overnight.
Melt the peanut butter over a low heat.
Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until well combined.
Make into small balls and then roll through cacao powder. Place onto a flat tray and refrigerate for 1-2hrs.
