Lemon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups lemon sorbet
  • 3/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon rind
  • ¼ cup protein powder eg. Beneprotein® or Protifar®

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree until thin enough to drink out of a straw.
